What to bring? You must always have gum shield and boots. You should always bring additional clothing like a tracksuit in case of cold weather – it is easy to take off a layer, but you can’t put one on if you don’t have it with you! the best athletic practices recommends that you bring your own drink (water is fine) and snack (apple or banana fine also) to take immediately after training/matches finish to feed the muscles to aid best recovery and development.
